Virtual Blog Tour/Review/Giveaway: Eastern Spice - Cynnamon Foster

69 Degrees Series, Book Two
Desiree Compton has a sexy new job as a secret agent. It’s filled with excitement, intrigue, drama and travel to exotic locales. Best of all, she gets to do it all with her lover, Sam, by her side. His hotness regularly leaves her breathless and things promise to be wonderful, until a dead woman is discovered in a hotel pool in India. Now they have to find out who is responsible-and their contact is Desiree’s ex-best friend, a woman who never met trouble she didn’t like.

Going undercover in India is a challenge to say the least, as Sam and Desiree, both tall, black Texans, try to infiltrate the sex parlor linked to the case, straining their relationship to the utmost. But sometimes love and desire manages to flourish against great odds, even in the midst of intrigue and danger.

Inside Scoop: Being undercover in a sex parlor can lead to all sorts of fun, including a brief but hot m/f/m scene.

A Romantica® contemporary erotic romance from Ellora’s Cave

REVIEW

Desiree Compton is still getting used to her new job as a secret agent, plus the fact she’s having a “secret” relationship with her partner, Sam.  Desiree finds out everything is not what it seems when she takes on an undercover assignment in India. This is the first novel; I have read from Cynnamon Foster.

After reading this selection, I want to read the Author's previous novel, Southern Comfort. I would love to know more about Desiree, Sam, and Seria.

I will say this… it’s been a minute since I have read a book so spicy. The scenes in this book were steamy.  You will find yourself wanting to digest each word slowly to get the full effect. The sexual chemistry was bouncing off the pages.

Cynnamon’s writing style was very easy to follow. If you are looking for intrigue, passion, and suspense, then this is the book for you.

Book Blog Tour/Interview/Review: Sideline Scandals - Pat Tucker

I was excited when I found out Pat Tucker was releasing a new book... It's HERE!!! Sideline Scandals - if you follow Pat Tucker on Facebook - you will know she is just as feisty as the characters she creates. So she was the perfect Author to go "Off The Record" with Orsayor.

Off The Record with Orsayor

Orsayor: Are the names of the characters in your novels important?
Pat: Most people think I make up my characters names, but I never do! All of my characters are named after actual people I've met. Some of whom have asked me to use their name in a book. My 2014 book-The Cocktail Club has a character named after a FB friend because I LOVE her name. Darby:) I never told her, but FYI-names are not, and can not be copyrighted.

Orsayor: If you were going to commit the perfect murder, how would you go about it?
Pat: I would not murder anyone because I wouldn't be able to sleep at night afterwards, but if one of my characters were to do so, they'd spike a milkshake with anti-freeze over a period of time to make it the perfect murder.

Orsayor: Do you ever write naked?
Pat: I don't write naked. I'm usually in lounge wear, but never naked, Coach wouldn't let me get any work done if I did.

Orsayor: Who would play you in a film of your life?
Pat: Hmmm, I'm not sure who would play me, probably Gabrielle Union, but she's not young enough:)

Orsayor: What are the most important attributes to remaining sane as a writer?
Pat: For all writers the most important attributes include always writing and always allowing your imagination to run wild.

Orsayor: What would you like for your Readers to know?
Pat: I would like my readers to know three things. First that I really appreciate their support, I could do what I do without readers, but it wouldn't be much fun.  Secondly I'd like my readers and those who have never read a Pat Tucker book to take a chance on me, and the final thing I'd like readers to know is that Orsayor's interview questions are among the best I've ever answered!
Thanks, Orsayor!

REVIEW
Sideline Scandals lives up to its name - Most people try to avoid scandals, but when you are reading a Pat Tucker novel, you actually find yourself excited to be on the sidelines of the scandal. (no pun intended)

When I started reading this novel, I knew I was in for an unforgettable ride. Sasha has to be one of my favorite characters in the book. There were times while reading this book I wanted to turn to someone and say... Can you believe this? Then I remembered I was the only one reading the book.

Pat Tucker's writing gets better with each book she releases. I highly recommend this book.
